KNTROL Athletics was built from lived experience on the pitch, in the gym, and in moments where performance apparel didn’t reflect the athlete wearing it.

Founded by professional women’s footballer Kayla Gonçalves, whose career has taken her across Europe and culminated in being crowned the inaugural Northern Super League Champion, the brand was created in response to fitness apparel that felt overly revealing, restrictive, and disconnected from the reality of athletic, soccer-built bodies. The gear didn’t reflect how athletes truly train, move, or compete.

Rather than adapting to what didn’t fit, KNTROL Athletics was created to do the opposite.
