Processing & Production

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience, excellence takes intention.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary based on destination:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated transit times and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method and order size. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
KNTROL is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply. Please see our refund policy for details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed:

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
